Meine Bewertung bezieht sich nicht auf das Ferienhaus selbst, sondern ausschlieÃ_x009f_lich auf Belvilla. Ich erhielt plötzlich eine Zahlungsaufforderung über 250 Euro für Reinigungskosten. Diese Summe war lediglich in der Buchungsbestätigung als Anzahlung erwähnt und tauchte nirgendwo sonst auf der Rechnung auf. Letztendlich musste ich sie bezahlen, andernfalls wurde mir mit Stornierung gedroht. Deshalb werde ich nie wieder über Belvilla buchen!
An dem Ferienhaus selbst gab es nichts auszusetzen, aber ich habe mich definitiv über Belvilla beschwert. Denn plötzlich 250 Euro zusätzlich zahlen zu müssen, ohne dass dies irgendwo angekündigt wurde, ist wirklich unverschämt.
