Die beiden Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und haben uns bei der Ankunft eine Einweisung in das Haus gegeben. Das Haus war bei Ankunft im Oktober ein wenig kühl und benötigte ein/zwei Tage, um die Wärme der Heizung anzunehmen. Es ist mit eigtl allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt (Mülltüten, Klopapier, Putz- und Waschmittel sowie Salz und Pfeffer, Zucker etc). Einzig das W-Lan ist aufgrund der Lage des Hauses sehr unzuverlässig, falls jemand darauf unbedingt angewiesen sein sollte. Was auch sehr schade war, dass der Ofen wie auch die offene Feuerstelle im Haus nicht benutzt werden durften und das Heizen des Hauses 12 Euro pro Nacht kostet, was uns als sehr viel vorkam.
Das Haus selbst sowie die Lage des Hauses ist sehr schön, wobei man durch die Lage am Pass San Boldo jedoch jedesmal die Serpentinen fahren muss, um egal wohin zu gelangen. Man kann auch vom Haus aus zu FuÃ_x009f_ wandern, jedoch sind die "groÃ_x009f_en Wanderungen" in den Dolomiten natürlich etwa 1,5h mit dem Auto entfernt.
Alles in allem hatten wir eine sehr schöne Zeit in dem Haus und würden es mit den oben genannten Komfort EinbuÃ_x009f_en jederzeit empfehlen.
