From 59 - 30 days before the rental 50 % of rental will be retained .
From 29 - days or less to the rental date 90 % of the rental will be retained .
If the property can be re-let without loss , the refund takes place after arrival of the replacement guests

Holiday destination
The House is located near the picturesque village of Zebegény, which lies along the Danube River and is located on the edge of the Börszöny mountains. The Börzsöny is mostly nature reserve where deer and wild boar can be found.The 'Danube Knee' is wellknown for its natural uniqueness for the Hungarian fauna and flora, but also for the Hungarian culture. From Zebegény it is easy to make excursions to places such as Szentendre, Vac, Estergom and of course the capital city Budapest.

Host informationWe are Family kramers from Holland. Because my wife is Hungarian we have a holiday house in Zebegeny. I am a professional musician and my wife is a silversmith. We have two boys. 10 and 15 years old.

Die Bilder im Internet zeigen wirklich das Haus so wie es ist. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war gemütlich. Die Aussicht war grandios, und da wir nur gutes Wetter hatten, konnten wir den Pool ausgiebig nutzen. Anita, die Hausmeisterin war super pünktlich zur Schlüsselübergabe bei der Anreise und der doch recht frühen Abreise (wir wollten am Tag der Abfahrt um 6 Uhr morgens los), sie war immer erreichbar wenn man Fragen hatte.
Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war immer freundlich und man bekam auch schnell Antworten. Die Kaution wurde auch direkt nach unserem Urlaub ohne weitere Nachfrage zurückerstattet.
Wirklich empfehlenswert... Nur die Straße zum Ferienhaus ist recht steil und die Straße ist etwas schlecht und schmal. Aber trotzdem machbar!

Erholsamer Badespaß abseits vom Massentourismus im Grünen! Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub mit 14 Tage Sonnenschein. Die Nähe zu Budapest (Zug ca. 50 min) und die völlige Ruhe in der Natur mit einem traumhaften Blick auf die Donau war grandios. Wir hatten plötzlich wegen Bauarbeiten kein Wasser mehr. Der Hilfsbereitschaft von ungarischen Nachbarn und unserer Housekeeperin sei nochmal ganz besonders gedankt. Anita hat die Bauarbeiter nochmal am Abend anrücken lassen, bis die Wasserpumpe repariert war - TOLL! Die Restaurants in Zebegeny waren günstig und passen in die Region, wobei wir das eigene Kochen bevorzugt haben. Wir haben uns rundum gut betreut gefühlt und können das Haus für Urlauber, die gerne Abseits vom Massentourismus, aber mit kulturellem Interesse Urlaub machen wollen, nur empfehlen.
