Das Haus ist ideal für eine Gruppe von 10 Personen. Jedes der 5 Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Bad, auch wenn die Bäder in den Doppelzimmern relativ klein sind und kaum Ablagemöglichkeiten bieten. Ein Regal oder Badezimmerschrank wäre hier hilfreich. Im Wohnzimmer, das auf den Bildern nicht zu sehen ist, gibt es nur Sitzgelegenheiten auf Stühlen oder Bänken, aber kein Sofa zum Liegen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, jedoch ist die Anzahl der kleinen Löffel begrenzt. Der überdachte Sitzbereich im AuÃ_x009f_enbereich ist sehr schön. Ein Weber Holzkohlegrill mit Anzündkamin rundet das Ganze ab. Die AuÃ_x009f_enbeleuchtung könnte etwas heller sein.
Negativ aufgefallen ist die Sauberkeit. In den Ecken war überall Schmutz, und der zusammengekehrte Dreck von der letzten Reinigung lag noch hinter einer Tür. Leider gibt es keinen Staubsauger im Haus. Vereinzelt gab es Silberfische in der Küche, und die Küchenschubladen waren schmutzig. Auch die fehlenden AuÃ_x009f_enrollos sind uns negativ aufgefallen. Die Schlafzimmer waren bei hohen Temperaturen den ganzen Tag der Sonne ausgesetzt, was abends zu einer unangenehmen Wärme in den Zimmern führte. Zudem gab es keinen Abstellraum für unsere E-Bikes. Bei dem Preis hätte ich diese Dinge eigentlich vorausgesetzt. Zudem stimmt der Ausblick auf den Fotos nicht; man blickt direkt auf ein Haus, das etwa 10-15 Meter entfernt steht.
Die Lage ist etwas auÃ_x009f_erhalb von Hopfgarten (2-3 km). Bäcker, Supermarkt und Restaurants sind schnell und gut zu erreichen.
