Cancellation policy : If you cancel at least 30 days before arrival, you will be refunded 100% of the amount paid so far. If you cancel between 14 and 30 days before arrival, you will receive 50% of the amount paid back. Otherwise you will not receive a refund.
COVID19: If due to closed borders the arrival is not possible, the made payments will be refunded or transferred to a new rental contract for the coming year.

Car: From Germany completely via the motorway to the Roses exit (Sortida No. 3), from there about 20 minutes to the Mas Fumats urbanization. Please keep in mind that the motorways in France charge tolls.
