Sehr schönes Ferienhaus, viel Platz, kundenfreundlich, nur die Dusche im Obergeschoss war verstopft, zum Glück gab es eine weitere Dusche im Erdgeschoss, und was die Sauberkeit betrifft, war es schade, dass an verschiedenen Stellen Spinnweben hingen.

Unser Wochenendaufenthalt in der Blockhütte war leider eine groÃ_x009f_e Enttäuschung. Beim Betreten der Hütte empfing uns ein sehr unangenehmer Geruch, den wir trotz gründlichen Lüftens während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts nicht beseitigen konnten.
AuÃ_x009f_erdem roch der Kühlschrank extrem faulig und war sogar verschimmelt. Auch im Badezimmer befand sich Schimmel, und der Badezimmerboden war sehr schmutzig. Insgesamt war die Unterkunft nicht sauber: Das Geschirr war schmutzig, es gab viele Spinnweben und überall Katzenhaare â_x0080__x0093_ besonders auf den Kissen. Natürlich ist mir bewusst, dass man in einer Blockhütte eher auf Spinnweben stöÃ_x009f_t, aber die Menge deutete darauf hin, dass einfach nicht richtig geputzt worden war.
Zudem waren die Fliegengitter kaputt, sodass es unangenehm war, die Fenster zum Lüften zu öffnen. Der Komfort der Unterkunft lieÃ_x009f_ sehr zu wünschen übrig.
Wir hatten auÃ_x009f_erdem ein Bettwäschepaket für zwei Personen gemietet, aber das Spannbettlaken für das Doppelbett war viel zu klein und passte nicht auf die Matratze.
Für 115 â_x0082_¬ hatten wir eine saubere Blockhütte erwartet. Die Checkliste, die wir bei unserer Ankunft erhielten, wies darauf hin, dass wir alles ordentlich und sauber hinterlassen müssten, andernfalls würden uns alle verschmutzten Stellen in Rechnung gestellt. Wir waren davon ausgegangen, dass die Unterkunft sehr sauber sein würde. Das stellte sich bei unserer Ankunft jedoch als Irrtum heraus.
Wenn dies der Standard von Belvilla (in Zusammenarbeit mit Ardennen-Online) ist, werden wir dort in Zukunft sicherlich nicht mehr buchen. Sehr enttäuschend.
