Das Ferienhaus bietet zwei schöne Balkone mit Blick auf den See sowie einen ausreichend großen Garten. Zwei Parkplätze direkt am Haus sind ebenfalls vorhanden.
Die Küchenausstattung ist leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Schneidebrett ist stark abgenutzt und verliert beim Schneiden Plastikteile. Auch das Besteck wirkt stark "verbraucht". Die Matratzen empfanden alle vier Erwachsenen als deutlich zu weich.
Die Sauberkeit war ausbaufähig, besonders störend waren viele Spinnen im Haus.
Für Familien mit kleinen Kindern ist das Haus eher ungeeignet. Die Treppen sind nicht gesichert, und es fehlen Sicherheitsgitter, was ein erhebliches Risiko darstellt.
Der nahegelegene Badestrand ist schön, allerdings sehr klein und an Wochenenden (Tagesgäste) sowie bei gutem Wetter schnell überfüllt.
