Cancellation policy

The renter can withdraw from the rental contract in writing. If the lessee withdraws from the rental agreement, the following pro rata rents shall be paid as compensation, taking into account the expenses saved insofar as it is not possible to rent the property to another lessee: - up to 75 days prior to arrival = 35% of the rental price - up to 45 days prior to arrival = 50% of the rental price - up to 14 days prior to arrival = 75% of the rental price otherwise (later than 14 days prior to arrival) = 100% of the rental price We recommend adding cancellation insurance to your holiday booking.

Would you like to breathe in the fresh ocean breeze on a clean beach? Enjoy delicious food and interesting drinks in a beach pavilion? Take relaxing walks through a dune-filled landscape as you listen to the sound of the waves? Especially in the summer season, there is a wide range of leisure activities for children. For example, there is a surf school on the Veerse Meer only 2 km away. You can also go cycling or swimming. From the beach, you can see Neeltje Jans.

Getting there

By car from the Ruhr area: to Venlo via the A 40 motorway as far as Einhoven and then onwards via - Breda - Tilburg - Roosendaal to Zeeland in the direction of Vlissingen From the Cologne area: via Aachen, Antwerp; follow the Antwerp ring road towards Breda, exit towards Bergen op Zoom (A 12) and then towards Vlissingen; then take the Goes (N 256) exit towards Zieriksee. After the lock, turn off in the direction of Kamperland (N 255) and continue approx. 4 km to Banjaard. Leave the roundabout at the 2nd exit, and follow the sign to the park “Noordseerésidence de Banjaard” (Oosterscheldelaan is the 2nd turn-off in the ring around the centre)!

Sehr schönes Haus mit tollem Grundstück. Man kann die Sonne bis zum Abend genießen . Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und Gemütlich eingerichtet. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Der Kontakt zum Eigentümer war sehr gut. Der Weg zum Strand ist kurz. Es hat uns wirklich sehr gut gefallen ,und wir kommen gerne wieder. Holger , Manu und Lou

Wir haben uns hier wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein schönes, helles Haus, viel Platz und eine Ausstattung, die kaum Wünsche offen lässt. Wir hatten erholsame 10 Tage und die Unterkunft hatte auch einen großen Anteil daran. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen und kommen bestimmt irgendwann mal wieder.
