Haus in schönen Ferienanlage, neue Couchgarnitur, sehr geräumig, Wendeltreppe recht eng, WC u.Dusche im EG, Wanne im OG, Wasch- u. Spülmaschine vorhanden, ebenso wie Babybett und Laufstall, Parkplatz direkt am Haus, Gartenmöbeln zum Teil kaputt. Haus ist abgewohnt, z.B.: Rollos mit Rissen, Küchenfront u. Griffe schmierig, zusammengewürfelter Kücheninventar teilweise dreckig, kleiner Backofen mit verkohlten Resten darin, Arbeitsplatte der Küche voller Ränder, die nicht zu entfernen waren, Brandfleck neben dem Gasherd, beige Microfaser Stühle mit Flecken übersät. Vermittler sagte Kontrolle der nächsten Reinigung zu.
