La Gaviota is located in a rural setting close to the small fishing harbour of Conil de la Frontera and approx. 15 minutes' walk from the sandy beach of the picturesque sandy bay of “Cala de Aceite”. From this bay, you can hike along the protected cliffs on paths to the white village of Conil - about 1 hour, depending on your fitness level - where more beautiful sandy beaches and many typical local restaurants, tapas bars, shops and boutiques await the holidaymaker. By car Conil can be reached in approx. 15 minutes, the long sandy beaches of La Barrosa in about 20 minutes. In the historic old town of Conil, one of the famous white villages of Andalusia, there are countless tapas bars, restaurants and shops. The cultural highlights of the province of Cádiz and the magnificent hinterland are easy to reach by rental car.
