The Zettersfeld / Hochstein ski area can be reached quickly and easily in about 3 km from the Ufogel. Over 2000 hours of sunshine a year make the city of Lienz a sunny city and the Zettersfeld family ski resort one of the most impressive sun terraces in the Alps. Recharge your batteries in the face of the mighty Lienz Dolomites - a pure nature experience in itself. The 6 cable cars and lifts in the Zettersfeld are integrated into this ambience and reach a snow-sure height of 2,278 metres. As an ideal counterpart to the demanding slopes of the Hochstein, this ski resort is particularly popular with families and recreational skiers. There is a ski bus stop just 100 metres from the Ufogel.
The Heiligenblut-Großglockner ski resort is approx. 30 minutes from the cabin. Fantastic pistes and snow-covered slopes in the field of vision of Austria's highest mountain, the Großglockner (3,798 m). Short waiting times, absolute snow guarantee due to the altitude from 1,301 m to 2,989 m as well as varied runs for all ability levels. With about 25 km² of free ski room in the high alpine terrain - with countless variations and runs with up to 1500 m difference in altitude - the in-house freeride arena is more than just worth a visit. Other winter activities include cross-country skiing, tobogganing (illuminated toboggan run and toboggan rental), curling, winter hiking or paragliding.

Wir haben den kleinen Urlaub (2Nächte) hier sehr genossen. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich. Innen ist alles sehr gut durchdacht und wunderschön. Klein, aber fein ! Trotzdem ist genügend Platz vorhanden. Die Aussicht von dort ist natürlich das Highlight. Traumhaft ! Wir kommen sicher gerne irgendwann wieder !

Wir haben es sehr genossen im Ufogel zu verweilen.
Das Panoramafenster mit einer spektakulären Aussicht auf die Bergwelt ist grandios. Alles war stimmig und passte prima auf unsere Bedürnisse.
Ein großes Danke an unsere Gastgeber, sie waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.
