Ein nettes kleines Haus in perfekter Lage in Durbuy. Allerdings gibt es so vieles, was absolut kundenunfreundlich ist. Das fängt schon bei der Kommunikation an, denn es waren drei Parteien beteiligt (Expedia, Belvilla und Ardennes Online), und man hat den Eindruck, dass keiner weiÃ_x009f_, was die anderen tun. Man muss für alles extra bezahlen und bekommt dafür keinerlei Service. Wir haben zum Beispiel extra für Bettwäsche und Handtücher bezahlt und mussten diese trotzdem selbst abholen und zurückbringen. Auch das Geschirr muss man selbst spülen, aber es wird nichts dafür bereitgestellt (keine Handtücher, keine Schwämme, kein Spülmittel). Wenn man das Geschirr nicht selbst spült, werden weitere 80 â_x0082_¬ berechnet. Für den Preis würden wir dieses Haus definitiv nicht wieder buchen!

Ruhe, Natur, schöne Aussicht. Ein fantastischer Ort für einen Urlaub, besonders mit Hund. Das Ferienhaus ist nicht luxuriös, aber es bietet alles, was man braucht. Der Garten ist komplett eingezäunt, sodass man sich um seinen Hund keine Sorgen machen muss. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder!
