Freundliche Leute. Das Haus ist jedoch sehr schlecht isoliert, sowohl was den Schall zwischen den Räumen und Etagen als auch die Wärmedämmung betrifft. Die Kühlschranktür schlieÃ_x009f_t nicht richtig. Dadurch entstehen im Nachhinein sehr hohe Zusatzkosten für Strom, Gas und Wasser.
