Wir hatten einen fantastischen Urlaub; das Ferienhaus hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Auch die Ausstattung war super, die Gastgeber sehr freundlich und der Pool wunderschön. Allerdings gab es jahreszeitbedingt ab und zu Insekten darin, die aber nach dem Einschalten der Pumpe schnell verschwanden. Ein Tipp für alle, die hinfahren: Bringen Sie etwas gegen Mückenstiche oder zur Vorbeugung mit. Das lag nicht an der Unterkunft selbst, sondern an der Jahreszeit in Castiglion. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und können die Unterkunft daher wärmstens empfehlen.

Alles hat wunderbar geklappt. Die schriftliche Kommunikation war immer sehr gut. Telefonische Anfragen hingegen sind scheinbar nicht gewollt, da die â_x0080__x009e_Beraterâ_x0080__x009c_ nicht wirklich helfen konnten oder wollten. Eine von uns gewünschte 2-tägige Verlängerung konnten wir nur per E-Mail anfragen, was jedoch sehr schnell und zeitnah bearbeitet wurde.
