Der Aufenthalt im Casa La Herradura war sehr enttäuschend. Die Fotos auf der Website stimmen nicht mit der vorgefundenen Situation überein.
Es sind keine Spielgeräte oder Etagenbetten mehr vorhanden. Auch der Sitz vorne fehlte. Daher gab es keine Stühle, um draußen zu sitzen. Es gab nur hölzerne Esszimmerstühle, auf denen man definitiv nicht den ganzen Tag sitzen konnte. Außerdem fanden wir beispielsweise nur 2 Weingläser und 4 Kaffeelöffel. Die Bestandsaufnahme war keineswegs vollständig. Als Küchenwäsche erhielten Sie 1 Geschirrtuch, 1 Küchentuch und 1 Geschirrtuch. Das musste man 2 Wochen lang für 4 Personen machen.
Belvilla hat uns eine Entschädigung angeboten, aber wenn Sie mit einer behinderten Person hier sind, macht das den Aufenthalt nicht angenehmer. Nun musste er im Rollstuhl bleiben und sich dann regelmäßig wieder ins Bett legen.
Das war definitiv nicht der Urlaub, den wir uns vorgestellt hatten.

Der Aufenthalt im Casa La Herradura war sehr enttäuschend. Die Fotos auf der Website entsprechen nicht der vorgefundenen Situation Es sind keine Spielplätze und Etagenbetten mehr vorhanden. Der Sitz vorne fehlte ebenfalls. Infolgedessen gab es keine Stühle, um draußen zu sitzen. Es gab nur Esszimmerstühle aus Holz, auf denen man absolut nicht den ganzen Tag sitzen konnte. Weiterhin fanden wir zB nur 2 Weingläser und 4 Kaffeelöffel. Das Inventar war keineswegs vollständig. Die zur Verfügung gestellte Küchenwäsche war 1 Geschirrtuch, 1 Küchentuch und 1 Geschirrtuch. Das musste man 2 Wochen für 4 Personen machen. Belvilla hat uns eine Entschädigung angeboten, aber wenn Sie mit einer behinderten Person hier sind, macht das den Aufenthalt nicht gut. Jetzt musste er im Rollstuhl bleiben und dann wieder regelmäßig im Bett liegen. Dies war definitiv nicht der Urlaub, den wir im Sinn hatten.
