Das Haus ist fantastisch und die Vermieter vor Ort nett. Die Gegend ist perfekt für Wandertouren. Was allerdings garnicht geht, ist die Buchungspraxis von belvilla. Wir haben zu einem auf dem Portal HomeToGo angebeben Preis gebucht und direkt bezahlt. Nach Buchung kam eine Mail von belvilla mit einer Kautionsforderung von 70â_x0082_¬. Diese haben wir dann auch bezahlt im guten Glauben, dass es sich um eine Kaution handelt. Das Haus wurde am Ende vom Eigentümer ohne Mängel wieder abgenommen. Als es um die Rückzahlung der Kaution ging, hieÃ_x009f_ es von belvilla auf einmal, dass es sich um eine allgemeine Servicegebühr handeln würde. Es sind also versteckte Kosten, welche bei der Buchung nicht angezeigt werden und bei der Zahlungsaufforderung nicht so genannt werden. Nie wieder würden wir hier buchen.
