Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und alle Küchenutensilien sind vorhanden. Der schöne, groÃ_x009f_e Garten ist ideal für Familien mit Kindern. Er ist jedoch nicht vollständig eingezäunt; Hunde können einfach hinter den Büschen auf die StraÃ_x009f_e laufen. Der allgemeine Zustand des Hauses ist veraltet und schlecht gepflegt. Beim Duschen tropfte Wasser durch die Decke auf den Esstisch.
