Das Haus war im groÃ_x009f_en und ganzen in Ordnung, wenngleich insbesondere die Sitzmöbel einen sehr abgenutzten Eindruck machten. Betten waren insgesamt gut, 20â_x0082_¬ für die Bettwäsche allerdings ziemlich happig. Insgesamt entsprach das Haus der Beschreibung.
Ziemlich getrübt wurde unser Aufenthalt allerdings durch die Rechnungsstellung des Vermieters BELVILLA, der nach mehreren Wochen feststellte, dass eine Servicegebühr von 304â_x0082_¬ nicht erhoben wurde und dies nachträglich vollzog. Trotz mehrmaliger Aufforderung nach Konkretisierung dieser Servicegebühr geschah dies nicht (Preise auf der FeWo-Seite sind als "incl. Service und Gebühren" aufgeführt, ebenso in der 1.Belvilla-Rechnung). Man verwies lediglich darauf, dass ein Fehler bei der Rechnungsstellung passiert war. Eine Rückerstattung dieser als "Anpassung" bezeichneten Servicegebühr wurde von Belvilla abgelehnt.
Gott sei dank gibt es noch eine Menge anderer Vermieter von Ferienwohnungen !
