The tenant is entitled to withdraw from the contract before the start of the rental period. In the event of such withdrawal, the landlord will claim compensation as follows:

Withdrawal 44 days to 33 days before the start of the rental period 30% of the rental price
Withdrawal 32 days to 22 days before the start of the rental period 60% of the rental price
Withdrawal 21 days to 12 days before the start of the rental period 80% of the rental price
Withdrawal 11 days before the start of the rental period until the start of the rental period 90% of the rental price

Holiday destination
A visit to the noteworthy cities of Knokke (30 km), Bruges (30 km), and Sluis (10 km) is not to be missed. The small harbor in the neighboring town of Cadzand-Bad is also quite nice. And Groede (6 km) is small but charming.
Getting there
Traveling from Antwerp.
From Antwerp towards Bruges Ghent, go through the Kennedy Tunnel, take the second exit Bruges Rotterdam, then onto the N 49 until the Kaprijke exit.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, ein Ferienhaus bei dem es an nichts fehlt.
Uneinsehbarer Garten, toller Wintergarten mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten und eine liebevolle Begrüßung durch die Vermieterin ( leckerer Wein und Süßes).
Die Lage des Hauses ist wirklich strandnah.
Alles in Allem sehr empfehlenswert !

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in perfekter Lage, zum Strand sind es nur ein paar Gehminuten. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es fehlt an überhaupt nichts. Dazu gibt es einen Winter-/Sommergarten, der den idealen Übergang zum traumhaften Garten bildet. Und egal ob drinnen oder draußen, alles ist gepflegt und sauber. Zusätzlich stehen Fahrräder, Bollerwagen, Strandspielzeug, und, und, und zur Verfügung, was keineswegs Standard ist.
Wir hatten eine superschöne Woche hier und haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt.Und natürlich kommen wir wieder...
