The shores of Lake Garda are within walking distance, less than 10 minutes away. The holiday complex includes its own private bathing jetty on the lake's shore. From Pentecost to September, guests of the complex also have access to a pool area.
A playground is also located in the immediate vicinity of the residential complex. The international sailing club and harbor Fraglia Vela Malcesine with sailing school and berths is also within walking distance, less than 10 minutes away.

Der gebuchte Bungalow ist wirklich nur sehr zu empfehlen. Es ist alles da, was man im täglichen Haushalt benötigt. Alles ist sehr neuwertig/renoviert und auch der Balkon ist sehr groß. Die Lage ist am Hang, es sind genügend Parkplatzplätze vorhanden und das Areal ist auch durch eine Schranke (Fernbedienung) gesichert. Sehr hundefreundlich (müssen an der Leine geführt werden) und viele Wege für Wanderungen mit dem Hund. Alles in allem können wir diese Unterkunft wirklich sehr empfehlen.

Tolle Lage, sehr hübsch und geschmackvoll eingerichtet , äußerst sauber , alles vorhanden was man in einem Haushalt benötigt.
Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt , die ruhige Lage trägt zu einem erholsamen Urlaub bei.
