The holiday home "Schöner Platz," built in 1990 and well-maintained, is located in Mezzema, a romantic and original mountain village on the western steep coast of Lake Garda.
Above the village, there is the Hotel Panorama, about 200 meters away from the holiday home. There, you can find a restaurant, a bar, and a small grocery store for daily needs. The main town, Pieve, is about 1 km away.
The pool of the neighboring Hotel Panorama is available for our guests to use free of charge.
The nearest swimming beaches at Lake Garda are located in Campione, 10 km away, and in Limone, 13 km away.
Getting there
From the "Rovereto-Süd" motorway exit, drive to Torbole, then turn right towards Riva del Garda and continue on the Gardesana towards Limone. At the end of Limone, contrary to your navigation system's instructions, turn right (signposted for Tremosine), drive on a well-constructed road through Voltino and then turn left towards Pieve.
At the roundabout (gas station), turn right towards Pregasio, then right again over the main square (fountain) and continue on the ascending road until the junction to Mezzema. Follow the signs to the right for Hotel Panorama for about 1 km uphill until the last hairpin bend before the hotel.

Wegen des günstigeren Preises haben wir uns für das App. Monte Baldo im unteren Geschoss ohne direkten Seeblick entschieden. Die Wohnung ist mit einem Schlafzimmer ideal für zwei Personen, hat ein großes Bad und blieb auch bei Sommerhitze angenehm kühl. Sehr gut gefallen hat uns die große Veranda vor der Wohnung und der direkt angrenzende eigene Garten. Toll ist auch der Ausblick von der zweiten Terrasse, besonders abends bei einem Glas Wein auf die beleuchtete Orte und Uferpromenaden entlang des Gardasees. Die Eigentümer sind selbst nicht vor Ort, haben jedoch Vermietung und Anreise sehr gut organisiert. Vielen Dank nochmals, liebe Familie Waldmann-Ried

Wir hatten die Gelegenheit beide Wohnungen (App. Gardasee u. Monte Baldo) zu nutzen. Der Blick vom Balkon/Gardasee ist unschlagbar. Monte Baldo als Kellerwohnung ist vom Seeblick eingeschränkt.
Beide Appartments sind Top eingerichtet und sauber bereitgestellt.....großes Lob an alle Beteiligten.
Die Anreise ist nicht einfach denn das Haus liegt weit oben im Berg weitab vom Touristentrubel. Wir mochten es so!!
