The Niederhof (550 m) is embedded in our orchards in a quiet, sunny location at the entrance of the health resort Völlan. From here you can enjoy the beautiful view of Lana, Meran, Dorf-Tirol, Schenna, .... and the associated mountains, because you are on the panoramic balcony of the Burggrafenamt. It is the ideal starting point for hikes and mountain tours. In addition, there is much to discover in the vicinity: castle ruins, museums, historic churches, the waal routes, gorges, old farms and of course the large chestnut trees, which really make you want to go to Törggelen.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr schöne Lage inmitten von Ostgärten ,Natur und grandiosem Panoramablick . Gute Ausstattung , sehr schön eingerichtet und wohlig warm. Wellnessbereich mit großen Panoramafenstern , Kinderspielplatz , Parkplatz und groß Tiefgarage. Nachhaltiges Konzept mit Holzheizung , Photovoltaik ,Solaranlage ,Led Beleuchtung Sehr freundliche Vermieter

wie die Bewertungen es bereits ausdrücken, waren wir begeistert von dem Haus mit umliegenden Apfelplantagen und der traumhaften Aussicht aus den Panoramafenstern. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hatten immer ein offenes Ohr für uns als Gast..Da unser Wetter gemischt war, war für jede Wetterlage auch Abwechslung vorhanden . Ob Faulenzen am Pool ; wandernd die Gegend erkunden und abends die Ruhe in der Sauna mit einer Wohlfühlmassage geniessen. und zum Abschluß noch mit einem Glas guten Wein oder Apfelsaft aus eigener Herstellung den Tag ausklingen lassen. Wir haben wunderbar geschlafen und morgends hingen schon die frischen Brötchen an der Tür. Man merkt hier ist man mit Liebe zum Detail und zur Freude der Gäste am Werk. Danke für die schöne Zeit.
