Up to 28 days before arrival: No cancellation costs but a €20 processing fee for remittance of deposit.
1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70% of the travel price as a cancellation fee.
Within 1 week before arrival or late arrival/early departure: 100% of the travel price will be charged.

Getting there
ARRIVAL BY CAR
Coming from the A12 Inntal autobahn, at the Oberinntal junction, take the exit towards B180/Italy/Switzerland/Reschenpass, and follow the B180 to Ried im Oberinntal. At the Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis exit, continue on the Ladiser Landstraße to Ladis. Coming from the south via the Reschen Pass, follow the B180, and turn off at Ried im Oberinntal towards Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis. Please note that vignettes are compulsory on Austrian motorways.
ARRIVAL BY TRAIN
Take the international trains of the ÖBB to Landeck. From there, you can continue by taxi or bus.
ARRIVAL BY PLANE
The nearest airports are in Innsbruck, Munich, Memmingen, and Zurich. From there, you can continue by train or taxi.
