This house is located in a residential, quite and well-served area with a Supermarket (Conad City). The flat is 700 m distant from Colico centre, railway station and main amentities and just 800 m distant from the beach, reachable by feet in 10 minutes. The shopping centre Iperal Fuentes is only 3 km distant.
Colico offers many activities as sailing, windsurf, kite surf, swim, relax on the beach, pleasant walks on cycle track, cycling, boat trips, hike on Legnone Mountain.

Auch bei unserem zweiten Aufenthalt im Casa Luna waren wir rundum zufrieden.
Die Wohnung ist modern und gut ausgestattet. Man hat zwar keinen Seeblick, aber einen schönen Blick auf die Berge.
Somit sehr zu empfehlen.

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet mit vielen Küchengeräten. Etwas mehr Besteck wäre schön, ansonsten alles top. Besonders tolle Terrasse, alles sehr sauber. Kleiner, aber schöner Pool, viele Liegen, auch für die Terrasse. Viele Restaurants gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Auch der Ort Colico ist sehr schön und nicht so voll wie die anderen Orte am See.
