Residence Rio Selva is the ideal place for lovers of cycling and walking. In fact, adjacent to our property are the paths in the Natural park of Rocca di Manerba, where you can walk directly on the cliffs with a 360 degree breathtaking view of Lake Garda and its islands.
Holiday destination
The delightful Rio Selva is peacefully situated on a hill covered in olive trees just 300m from the village Montinelle which is perched on top of a hill and has a selection of shops, bars and restaurants. There are several walking paths in the natural park next to us leading to the most stunning lake and countryside views. Just 600m away is Port Dusano where you can catch a ferry to cruise the lake and visit the other villages.

Wunderschöne ebenerdige saubere Ferienwohnung in einer Doppelhaushälfte. Modern eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Sehr freundliche zuvorkommende Gastgeber, die gute Tipps für Restaurants und sonstige Anliegen haben. Super schöner großer sauberer Pool. Besonderes Flair durch das große Grundstück mit den großen Rasenflächen vor jedem Apartment mit 2 eigenen Liegestühlen. Auch beim Pool gibt es 2 eigene Liegestühle. Schöne Wege zum Laufen, spazieren und radfahren. Der Bäcker ist ca 10 min zu Fuß entfernt. In der Nähe ist ein kleiner aber wunderschöner Strand, der ca. 2 min mit dem Auto (gebührenpflichtig Parkplatz gleich beim Strand) und 10 min zu Fuß entfernt ist. Auch die großen Strände sind mit dem Auto in ein paar Fahrminuten erreichbar. Manerba ist nicht so überlaufen. Gardaland gut erreichbar.
