Cancellation policy
The following terms/fees apply:
- 4 hours after booking, free cancellation
- Up to 120 days before arrival, refund of the entire payment minus CHF 150.00 processing fee. - 119 to 91 days before arrival, 50% of the rental price is due.
- 90 to 0 days before arrival, 100% of the rental price is due. We are authorized to charge the guest a processing fee of CHF 150.00 for processing a cancellation or negative reservation changes/rebooking. Cancellation costs can be offset against down payments made. Substitute tenant: The tenant has the right to propose a substitute tenant. This must be reasonable and solvent for the landlord. He enters into the contract under the existing conditions. Tenants and replacement tenants are jointly and severally liable for the rent. The receipt of the notification by the landlord or the booking office is decisive for the calculation of the cancellation fee (the next working day applies to Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). In the event of early termination of the rental period, the entire rent remains due. Corona virus: Cancellation due to legal or medical measures such as border closure, ban on leaving 'hotspot' etc. the entire rental amount will be refunded.

Holiday destination
Approx. 200 meters from the accommodation there is an indoor pool and a beautiful children's and sports field. The Niederhornbahn offers breathtaking views and beautiful toboggan runs in winter and can be reached by public transport in 5 minutes. You can take a trip to Interlaken free of charge with the bus right in front of the front door.
Getting there
If you arrive by car, there are enough parking spaces reserved for our guests directly at the accommodation.
Arrival by train to Interlaken West, then bus line 101 in the direction of Beatenberg, approx. 15 minutes. Travel time to the Tourist-Center bus stop, which is directly opposite the chalet.
