Cancellation policy
The following conditions apply when cancelling your holiday: Up to the 60th day before the scheduled arrival, you can cancel your vacation without any expenses. 2 months to 4 weeks before the scheduled arrival we charge 30% of the booking value (deposit). From 27 days to 1 week before the scheduled arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the booking value. In the last week before the scheduled arrival, 90% of the booking value will be charged. In case of non-appearance of the guest/guests or in case of late arrival or early departure, the full fee is due for the entire booking period.

The Gut Wendlandt Estate is located in the heart of South Tyrol and offers a wide range of leisure activities: strolling through the old town of Bolzano, cycling along beautifully blooming apple trees, tasting delicious apples and pears fresh from the tree, exploring gentle vineyards, visiting charming wineries along the South Tyrolean Wine Route, climbing breathtaking peaks, experiencing the magic of the Dolomites, refreshing yourself in the nearby Caldaro Lake or even taking a trip to Lake Garda.
Getting there
By car: Coming from the A22 motorway, take the Bolzano Sud exit and follow the signs to Airport – Exhibition Center. At the roundabout at Mc Donald's, continue for about 150 meters, then after the OBI turn right into Via Agruzzo. After 200 m go straight ahead into the private street Via Agruzzo. At the intersection with a wooden wayside cross, keep slightly to the left and turn into Via Palù dell’Angelo. At the next crossroad turn left into Via Campfranco (military enclosure on both sides). Passing the S-curve and drive straight ahead for about 400 m. After a slight bend to the right, you will find our Estate on the right-hand side of the street.
By train or by plane: Our house is not accessible by public transport, so we recommend a taxi or a rental car.
