In the event of a cancellation by the guest within the period from 89 days before the agreed arrival date to the arrival day itself, the guest is obliged to pay the following cancellation fees:
Cancellation up to 30 days before the arrival date: 50% of the agreed total price.
Cancellation less than 30 days before the arrival date: 100% of the agreed total price.
In case of a no-show by the guest or early departure by the guest, the fee for the entire booking period is due in full.

Mittermoarhof is ideally located, combining the tranquility of the countryside with the excitement of the city. Many attractions such as the Dolomites, the city of Brixen, or the Villnöss Valley are easily accessible in a very short time. The Eisack Valley cycle path is only 800 meters away. Our local mountain, Plose, offers fascinating hiking trails and mountain bike trails. In winter, Plose is the number one family skiing and tobogganing area. The Aquarena indoor and outdoor pool, which can be used for free with the BrixenCard.
Getting there
Approaching from the north, take the first motorway exit after passing Brixen. From the south, take the Klausen/Gröden motorway exit and then head towards Albeins. In the village, turn right before the small parking lot next to the fire station, cross a bridge, and continue straight for about 200 meters. Then turn left again (please pay attention to the signpost), and you will arrive at Mittermoarhof in Albeins/Brixen. Then your vacation can begin.

Die Appartements sind sehr modern und wunderschön eingerichtet. Die Gastgeber immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Bei dem schönen Garten, der Aussicht und der Ruhe konnten wir super entspannen. Man ist auch sofort in den Bergen und kann tolle Touren machen.
Wir kommen wieder, absolut empfehlenswert!

Wir hatten einen wirklich schönen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung. Sie sind sehr wertig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Unsere Wohnung (mit kostenlosen Upgrade) hatte zwei Balkone mit Aussicht auf Berg und Dorf. Wir konnten erst später anreisen, das stellte aber kein Problem dar. Die Lage war für uns sehr gut, da wir unsere Räder dabei hatten, und trotz der Lage am Berg noch gut mit dem Rädern hinaufkamen. Brixen Card ist inbegriffen, so dass ÖPNV kostenlos ist. Im Ort selber gibt es einen Bäcker und eine tolle Pizzeria. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend, haben uns mit Tips für Ausflüge und Wanderungen versorgt und sind wirklich sehr um das Wohl ihrer Gäste bemüht. Alles in allem ein wirklich gelungener Urlaub und auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert .
