Cancellation policy
The hiring party can at any time withdraw from the contract under the following conditions:
over 60 days before arrival: € 100 processing fee,
60 to 11 days before arrival: 50% of the rental price,
10 to 0 days before arrival: 80% of the rental price.
If canceled after arrival only unused additional costs will be refunded

Host informationWe live on weekends and during vacations in the upper floor of the house. Between 2012-2015 the house was lovingly and elaborately remodeled and renovated and the landscape around scaped with pond, fireplace and stairs.

Positiv:
- Nette Vermieter
- Lage des Hauses
- Sehr ansprechende Außenanlagen
- Gute Ausstattung
- Hundefreundlich
Negativ:
- Durchgelegene Matratzen, noch dazu doppelt.
- Unbequeme Polstermöbel
- Fernsehempfang war nur sporadisch möglich
- Das Wasser in der Küche sowie in den Waschbecken im Bad bzw. WC, kam nur sehr spärlich aus den Hähnen.
- Die Wohnung wurde ziemlich nachlässig gereinigt. An allen möglichen Stellen lagen dicke Staubflusen und Haare. Sogar im frisch bezogenen Bett waren lange Haare. Im Wohnzimmer fanden wir auch Mäusekot.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, man hat eine sehr schöne Aussicht und mit dem anliegenden bade Teich ist es wirklich perfekt für die warmen Sommertage. Sehr zu empfehlen!!!
