Der Besitzer war super freundlich, der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm und wir konnten viel drauÃ_x009f_en sitzen. Der Preis war angemessen, 325 für ein Wochenende inklusive Endreinigung. Es war ein tolles Wochenende.

Die Unterkunft bietet definitiv ausreichend Platz für eine groÃ_x009f_e Gruppe. Der Pool ist fantastisch. Allerdings gibt es einen Haken: Bei unserer Ankunft wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass unsere Kaution von 1.000 â_x0082_¬ ausschlieÃ_x009f_lich für Wasser und Strom verwendet wird und sich die Kosten voraussichtlich um weitere 300 â_x0082_¬ bis 500 â_x0082_¬ erhöhen würden; wir mussten diesen Betrag bei der Abreise in bar bereithalten. Der Vermieter wäre besser beraten, 1.000 â_x0082_¬ mehr für sein Objekt zu verlangen, damit Urlauber nicht vor vollendeten Tatsachen stehen. Hätten wir das gewusst, hätten wir dieses Haus nicht gebucht, da es etwas über unserem üblichen Budget lag. Wir fühlten uns vom Vermieter etwas betrogen. Ein weiterer Nachteil war, dass es keinerlei Vorkehrungen gab, zumindest nicht für Toilettenpapier, um die ersten Stunden zu überbrücken, und auch in der Küche fehlten jegliche Annehmlichkeiten wie Spülmittel, ein Schwamm, ein Geschirrtuch oder vielleicht Salz und Pfeffer, die wir seit Jahren bei der Anmietung eines Ferienhauses gewohnt sind. Daher, liebe Mieter, seien Sie gewarnt: Gehen Sie sparsam mit Strom um, denn die Kosten summieren sich.
