Schönes Chalet mit zwei Schlafzimmern und einem Schlafsofa (eher für vier als für sechs Personen geeignet). Alles ist vorhanden, und die Gegend ist wunderschön und ideal für Spaziergänge. Es liegt etwas auÃ_x009f_erhalb des Dorfes, und am einfachsten kann man in Fumay einkaufen, das etwas weiter entfernt ist.
Leider wirkte es nicht sehr einladend; im Voraus wurden diverse (optionale) Kosten für Dinge wie Bettwäsche, Handtücher und eine hohe Kaution (200 Euro â_x0080__x0093_ die nach über einer Woche noch nicht zurückerstattet wurde) berechnet. Laut Belvilla dauert es bis zu zwei Wochen, laut dem Check-in-Formular des Parks jedoch bis zu einem Monat. Meiner Meinung nach ist beides viel zu lang. Die Energiekosten werden vor Ort berechnet und von der Kaution abgezogen. Wir mussten bei Ankunft und Abreise die Zählerstände angeben, daher erscheint mir das kein Grund, die Kaution so lange einzubehalten. AuÃ_x009f_erdem erhält man sofort eine Preisliste mit Strafgebühren für die Reinigung (10 Euro für Gegenstände im Kühlschrank, 10 Euro pro zu reinigendem Gerät und noch mehr für nicht abgezogene Bettwäsche oder nicht rausgebrachten Müll usw.). Die Liste war ziemlich lang. Offenbar hatten sie in der Vergangenheit schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht, aber wie gesagt, es wirkte nicht besonders gemütlich. Alles in allem in Ordnung, aber man sollte die (möglichen) Zusatzkosten berücksichtigen.
