Cancellation policy
Cancellation policy according to Art. 1382 of the Italian Civil Code
There is no right of withdrawal as defined by the Italian Consumer Protection Code.
However, we grant you a right of withdrawal under the following cancellation conditions in accordance with Art. 1382 of the Italian Civil Code:
If a deposit has been paid (for bookings made well in advance), it will be retained in any case.
Cancellations made after this period up to 30 days before the start of the trip will be charged at 50% of the total travel price.
For cancellations from 29 days before arrival, 90% of the total travel price will be charged.
In case of early departure, the full apartment price will be charged.
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

The holiday home in the barn is nestled in the rural surroundings and is located in a dispersed settlement in Kalmtal, a fraction of the municipality of St. Martin in Passeier, surrounded by heritage-protected farms and forest and meadow areas. The bus stop is in the immediate vicinity and there is also a direct connection to the bicycle path.
Getting there
Coming from Meran towards the Passeier Valley (14 km), pass the Saltaus and Quellenhof districts, before the Neuhaus bridge in the Kalmtal district, take the first left turn.
Coming from Sterzing over the Jaufen Pass to St. Leonhard in Passeier, then St. Martin in Passeier, pass it, after 3 km is the Kalmtal district. After the bridge, take the second right.

Liebe Simone, lieber Alexander,
vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit bei euch im Chalet im Stådl. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt.
Besonders genossen haben wir die tolle Lage und die beiden Terrassen, auf denen wir wunderbar entspannen konnten. Dabei den Eidechsen beim Sonnenbaden zuzuschauen, war für uns immer wieder ein kleines Highlight.
Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, hochwertig ausgestattet und das angenehme Raumklima war von Anfang an spürbar. Die Verbindung jahrhundertealter Baumstämme außen mit puristischem, modernem Innenleben ist ein echtes Highlight! Es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Auch die kostenlose Nutzung des Nahverkehrs sowie die direkte Anbindung an Rad- und Wanderwege fanden wir hervorragend.
Die Zeit verging wie im Nu - wir kommen gerne wieder!

dass Familie Haller da geschaffen hat. Das moderne Design im Inneren korrespondiert mit der alten Hülle des Stadels. Wer Freude an Architektur hat, kommt voll auf seine Kosten. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet. Alles, was man braucht, ist da. Besonders erwähnenswert ist die schöne Terrasse, auf der man schon morgens die Sonne genießen kann.
Die Vermieter wohnen nebenan und sind für alle Fragen ansprechbar. Durch das herzliche Willkommen (im Haus standen Weintrauben, Kuchen, Johannisbeersaft, Honig und ein Badezusatz als Willkommensgruß bereit) der Gastgeber konnte der Urlaub sofort beginnen.
Die Hauptstraße durch das Passeiertal führt zwar nicht direkt am Haus vorbei, die Motorräder sind jedoch deutlich zu hören (die Autos hingegen überhaupt nicht). Uns hat es aber nichts ausgemacht. Gerne wieder!
