Cancellation policy
Upon booking, you are required to make a 20% deposit.
In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded.
Unless you can provide valid proof that you are canceling due to a serious illness or death of the tenant or their first or second-degree relatives, just before or during the planned vacation. In this case, you will receive a refund of your prepaid rent.
Additionally, failure to make a timely and/or complete payment of the amount due will be considered as cancellation. Upon cancellation, all rights of the tenant are forfeited.

We enjoy hitting a ball on the tennis court, cycling, or running in "De Maashorst". We also love skiing or doing fun activities with friends and family.
