Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmte: großzügige Räume, Fahrstuhl und die Nähe zum Strand sowie zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten machten das Angebot attraktiv. Der Preis war angemessen für Lage und Ausstattung.

Zunächst hatte ich Sorge wegen möglicher Nachbarschaftslautstärke, doch alles blieb erfreulich leise. Die Küche war vollständig ausgestattet, sodass schnelle Mahlzeiten nach Erkundungen in Cádiz kein Problem waren. Besonders gefiel mir die Nähe zum Strand und der kurze Spaziergang ins Zentrum am Abend.
