Cancellation policy
Payment: A deposit of 30% of the rental price is due upon booking, payable via bank transfer (including real-time transfer) or PayPal. The remaining balance is due via bank transfer no later than 2 weeks before arrival. For last-minute bookings, the total amount is due immediately.
Cancellation: Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival. For cancellations made 29–15 days before arrival, the deposit is retained. From 14 days prior to arrival or in the event of a no-show, 100% of the rental price is charged.
Tourist tax: €2 per person per day (for a maximum of 7 days); children up to 13 years of age are exempt. Payable on-site.
Parking: Reserved private parking included (approx. 500 m away; access via card).

Getting there
MIT DEM AUTO:
Reservierter Parkplatz in der Via Mantova 32, Rivazzurra (ca. 500 m, Zugang per Karte). Unser Tipp: Fahren Sie zuerst zur Wohnung (Via Pomezia 2, Miramare), um das Gepäck auszuladen, und bringen Sie das Auto danach zum Parkplatz.
MIT ZUG / BUS:
Bahnhof Rimini Miramare: wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Vom Hauptbahnhof Rimini: Metromare bis „Miramare Station" oder Buslinie 11 bis Haltestelle 30, direkt vor der Wohnung.
