Die Umgebung war von einigen Baustellen geprägt, die recht laut waren, Auch die Heizanlage hinter einer Tür war hörbar, Bei meiner Ankunft war es in der Wohnung über 25 Grad warm, Das ist ökologisch nicht ideal! Ich habe die Temperatur sofort auf 19 Grad gesenkt, aber es blieb dennoch recht warm, Die Lage ist jedoch sehr zentral und die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll,
