Cancellation policy
Deposit
The booking becomes binding upon payment of a deposit and sending of the booking confirmation. The deposit will not be refunded in event of a cancellation.
Cancellation terms and conditions in accordance with Art. 1382 ZGB (Swiss Civil Code).
There is no right of cancellation in terms of the Italian consumer protection code. However, we do offer cancellation under the following cancellation conditions in accordance with Article 132 of the Civil Code:
No later than 90 days before the arrival date, the reservation can be canceled without paying a cancellation fee. Only the deposit will be retained.
For cancellations on the part of the guests in the period between 90 days before the agreed day of arrival and the day of arrival, the guest is obliged to pay the following cancellation fees:
Cancellation between 90 and 30 days before the planned arrival: 60% of the total price.
Cancellation between 30 and 14 days before the planned arrival: 70% of the total price.
Cancellation less than 14 days before the planned arrival: 100% of the total price
In the case of a no-show or early departure, the guest is obliged to pay the full amount for the entire period booked.
Any deposit already paid will be offset against the cancellation fees.
Please inform us in a timely manner if you cannot make your trip.
Travel cancellation insurance
We recommend taking out "Roter Hahn cancellation protection" when booking. This will cover the cancellation fees and you can look forward to a stress-free holiday. Holiday destination
The Vertignerhof is idyllically situated near Merano and offers nature, peace and quiet and plenty of sunshine. The farm is characterized by its sunny, secluded location, and at the same time the village center can be reached in a short time with a leisurely walk. Restaurants, cafes and shopping facilities can be reached by bicycle in a few minutes. Hiking trails and the Partschins Waalweg (irrigation channel path) start directly at the farm – ideal for active or relaxing holidays.
