Die gesamte Korrespondenz musste über LastMinute laufen, da die identischen E-Mails von Belvilla und Comfy verwirrend waren und ich sie aufgrund der nicht übereinstimmenden Buchungsnummern zunächst für einen Betrug hielt. Erst nach zwei Stunden vergeblicher Nachrichtenübermittlung über das miserable Messenger-System von LastMinute nach dem Check-in-Termin wagte ich es aus purer Frustration, die E-Mail-Adresse von Comfy zu überprüfen. In der Anzeige von LastMinute, über die ich die Unterkunft gebucht hatte, wurde kostenloses Parken vor Ort versprochen, was sich bei meiner Ankunft jedoch als falsch erwies. LastMinute hat mir inzwischen per E-Mail bestätigt, dass Parkplätze vorhanden sein sollten, mir wurde aber keine Entschädigung angeboten (80).
