Bei unserer Ankunft hatten wir groÃ_x009f_e Schwierigkeiten, die Wohnungstür zu öffnen. Erst nach fast einer Stunde und mehreren Telefonaten mit verschiedenen Servicenummern konnten wir hineinkamen. Mit dem Tap-Key konnten wir zwar das grüne Licht an der Tür erzeugen, aber sie lieÃ_x009f_ sich trotzdem nicht öffnen. Uns wurde schlieÃ_x009f_lich empfohlen , die Tür mit kräftigem StoÃ_x009f_ zu öffnen â_x0080__x0093_ erst danach konnten wir eintreten. Da die Tür weiterhin klemmte, kam am nächsten Tag ein Mitarbeiter und reparierte sie.
AuÃ_x009f_erdem war der Kühlschrank bei unserer Ankunft ausgeschaltet und voll mit Wasser gelaufen.
Zum Glück kam der Mittarbeiter schnell vorbei und hat den Kühlschrank gereinigt.
Zusätzlich hatten wir leider Pech mit dem Wetter - ein Orkan und Ã_x009c_berflutung führten dazu, das unser Auto, das auf dem Parkplatz unterhalb des Gebäudes stand, im Wasser stand und nun repariert werden muss. Trotz all dieser Schwierigkeiten möchten wir betonen, dass die Wohnung selbst sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber war (abgesehen vom Kühlschrankproblem). Insgesamt war der Urlaub leider nicht so erholsam, wie wir es uns gewünscht hätten.
