Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock - ca. 600 m vom Strand entfernt - an einer belebten StraÃ_x009f_e von Nieuwpoort.
Nachts bei offenem Fenster mag es gewöhnungsbedürftig sein - sofern man Ruhe sucht und/oder gewohnt ist.
TG-Stellplatz und Fahrstuhl vorhanden.
Zwei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Bad. Es gibt allerdings nur 1 Toilette im Flur, die sehr klein ist. Dort befindet sich eine Waschmaschine hinter der Verkleidung. Für uns war es ok.
Man benötigt groÃ_x009f_e Bettlaken (1,80 x 2,00). Die Zudecken sind genauso groÃ_x009f_.
Es gibt keine Schränke, um Sachen auszupacken. Lediglich ein Metallregal mit Kleiderbügeln oben und zwei Ablagen unten.
Ein Fenster war bei unserer Ankunft defekt, man sollte es nur kippen und nicht öffnen (Hinweis vom Vormieter/Verwalter per handgeschriebenem Zettel). Die Batterien in den Fernbedienungen waren alle fast leer. Es gibt 5 deutsche TV-Programme.
Wir haben nicht herausfinden können, wie man die Temperatur in der Wohnung regelt (uns das aber auch nicht nachgefragt). Es war Ende September sehr windig und abends kühl.
Alle Unterlagen erhält man auf niederländisch und französisch. Englisch Fehlanzeige, aber im Vermittlungsbüro kein Problem.
Die Wohnung ist schön ausgestattet und hat eine groÃ_x009f_e Wohn-, Essküche und ein bequemes, festes, groÃ_x009f_es Sofa. Hier hätte man locker drauf schlafen können.
Der Balkon erstreckt sich über drei Seiten, zwei Liegestühle vorhanden.
Alles neuwertig und modern mit schönen Details.
Wir können die Wohnung empfehlen und haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen.
