Less than 7 days before arrival = 100% of the booking price.
There will be no refunds if the client voluntarily decides to stop using the services included in the holiday before the end of his/her stay.
Located in a contemporary building designed by noted architect Luis Peña Ganchegui, the apartment overlooks Santa Clara island, La Concha beach, the old port, Igueldo, Urgull and Ondarreta beach.
From the complex there is a private elevator down to Paseo de Miraconcha, so going to the beach is quick and easy. The nearest supermarket is also just a few steps from the elevator.

Really enjoyable week in a lovely apartment with fabulous views. Lovely apartment in a great location. Superb views from the living areas. Really well equipped apartment in a quiet residential block. Top quality Miele washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. Plenty of cooking utensils etc. Short walk to the beachfront and 15 minutes walk to the old town and harbour. There was a bit of renovation work going on in nearby properties with some noise but not a major problem. Could do with air conditioning in bedrooms.
