Kein herzlicher Empfang! Unser Nachbar meinte bei unserer Ankunft, wir seien in einer Katastrophe gelandet. Leider sollte er Recht behalten. Als Erstes fiel uns auf, dass in dem Gebäude, in dem wir wohnen sollten, umfangreiche Renovierungsarbeiten stattfanden. Im Badezimmer entdeckten wir an mehreren Stellen Schimmel. Man spürte sofort die Federn der Matratze, und wir wachten mit Muskelkater auf. Die Küche war nicht so gut ausgestattet, wie uns zuvor versprochen worden war. Die beiden Kochplatten wurden nicht heiÃ_x009f_ genug, um etwas zuzubereiten.
Es gab weder eine Waschmaschine noch einen Grill, wie in der Anzeige angegeben. Als wir diese Mängel bemängelten, stieÃ_x009f_en wir auf heftigen Widerstand der Vermieterin, die sich nur über WhatsApp meldete. In der Wohnung befanden sich lediglich eine Frau und ein Mann, die nur gebrochen Englisch und Deutsch sprachen. Wir mussten selbst nach sauberen Handtüchern fragen. Wir hatten die Bregenerwald-Rabattkarte nicht erhalten, die man bei einem Aufenthalt von mehr als drei Tagen im Bregenerwald automatisch bekommen sollte. Darauf wurden wir erst an der Gondelbahn hingewiesen. Hätten wir die Karte erhalten, hätten wir insgesamt locker über 100 â_x0082_¬ gespart.
Wir wollten unbedingt abreisen, da die Kommunikationssituation immer schlechter wurde. Wir wurden sogar bedroht, unsere Nachrichten in den sozialen Medien zu kopieren und uns so aufzuspüren.
Das alles reichte uns, um abzureisen. Die uns versprochene Entschädigung wurde unserem Konto noch immer nicht gutgeschrieben. Wir mussten uns dringend eine andere Unterkunft suchen, um unseren Urlaub fortsetzen zu können. Unser Rat an alle zukünftigen Gäste: Ã_x009c_bernachten Sie nicht hier!
