    Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hat uns gut empfangen und uns das Apartment und die Gegebenheiten gut erklärt. Auch bei der Abreise sendete ich ihm eine Mail und die Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos. Warum die schlechte Bewertung, (leider). Der Vermieter nutzt das Apartment persönlich und hinterlieÃ_x009f_ private Dinge (Kleidung im Kleiderschrank, Hygieneartikel im Bad, "Kondome" in Schubladen. Wir mussten das Bad gründlich reinigen, Kühlschrank und Mikowellenherd, da es nicht den heutigen Standards entspricht. Es gab am Waschbecken im Bad kein warmes Wasser. In der Kaffeemaschine war noch ein Filter mit verschimmelten Kaffee enthalten. Die Matratze des Bettes ist durchgelegen, die Couch hatte Flecken! Das Apartment glich dem Charm der 80er und 90er, aber rechtfertigt den Preis von 100 Euro die Ã_x009c_bernachtung nicht mehr. Das Apartment ist renovierungsbedürftig. Ja, der Blick aufs Meer ist durch nichts zu ersetzten, aber die Leistungen im Apartment können viel besser sein. Beste GrüÃ_x009f_e Rene Krause

    Das Studio-Apartment war komfortabel und hatte alles, was wir für unseren Aufenthalt benötigten, Es war schön, eine voll ausgestattete Küche zu haben, die es uns ermöglichte, Mahlzeiten zuzubereiten und auf dem Balkon zu genießen, Das Bett war gemütlich, und der Wohnbereich war groß genug für zwei, Wir haben die nahegelegenen Attraktionen wie Fort Napoleon und das Nordsee-Aquarium genutzt, die beide in angemessener Entfernung lagen, Insgesamt eine solide Wahl für einen Strandurlaub
