Holiday destination
Enjoy the tranquil location of our place at the entrance of the Ötztal valley. From here, it opens up the entire Ötztal dimension to you. In summer, it's the ideal starting point for numerous activities in and around the valley. In winter, you can quickly reach the winter sports resorts of Hoch Oetz, Kühtai, Sölden, Obergurgl-Hochgurgl.
Within a few minutes' walk, you can reach grocery stores, a bakery, a restaurant, a doctor, as well as the bus stop.
Getting there
By car
- On the A7 from Ulm-Füssen-Reutte (B314) via the Fernpass to Imst - Ötztal entrance (no toll sticker required).
- On the A95 from Munich to Garmisch-Seefeld-Telfs-Ötztal
- On the A8 Munich-Rosenheim-Kufstein-Innsbruck, exit Ötztal.
Then 4 km to Satuens. Follow the village road towards Tirolerhof/Bärenklause. Just before Tirolerhof, turn sharply left towards Church-Haderlehn. Our house is then directly on the left side.
By train
- The nearest train station is the Ötztal station, 5 km away. From there, you can easily travel by bus.
