Cancellation policy
Cancellations:
In times like these, much is uncertain. We want you to feel safe.
In the event of a legal lockdown, hotel closure, or border closure, you can cancel at short notice, free of charge.
Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival.
Up to 1 week before arrival the cancellation fee is 70%, within the last week 90% of the booking price.
Carefree booking - travel protection:
To ensure that you do not suffer any financial disadvantages in the event of cancellation or early departure, but also for more security on your Austrian holiday, we recommend taking out Hotel Cancellation Plus (incl. helicopter rescue) or Premium (incl. helicopter rescue and accident package) with Europäische Reiseversicherung AG.
You will receive information on taking out insurance directly when booking.
And if things turn out differently than expected and you are unable to take your well-deserved holiday, for example because you have fallen ill yourself, tested positive for Covid 19 or have to go into quarantine because of a relative in the same household?
With the hotel cancellation insurances of Europäische Reiseversicherung you are optimally protected! You can obtain detailed information on the special Corona cover despite pandemic and without surcharge directly from us.
Cancellation conditions from 1.11.2021: There is no right of withdrawal according to § 18 Abs. 1 Z. 10 FAGG, instead the AGBH 2006 (General Terms and Conditions of business for the Hotel Industry) apply to our house.
We accept only written cancellations. In case of delayed arrival or early departure we charge not uses services as well.
For cancellations or early terminations the following fees apply:
Up to 3 months prior arrival: no fees
• 3 months up to 1 month prior arrival: 40% of the total costs of the booking
• 1 month to 1 week prior arrival: 70% of the total costs of the booking
• Within the last week of arrival: 90% of the total costs of the booking

Children 6-12 pay Euro 20,-- per day in the room of their partents, from 12 years € 25,-- p.d.
Local tax € 4,00 for adults from 15 years, per day.

There are serveral ski areas near our house: Patscherkofel, Glungezer, Schlick 2000, Stubaier glacier, Axamer Lizum, Kühtai, Rangger Köpfl, Mutterer Alm, Seegrube, Bergeralm, Serleslifte.
