Getting there
Follow the Roma - Grosseto, Cecina, and San Vincenzo motorway for about 25 km.
At the Donoratico exit, continue towards Castagneto Carducci and Sassetta. After about 6 km, you will reach a sharp curve, continue to follow the road towards Monteverdi Martittimo.
At signpost 14.7, you will reach the GUALDA junction.
To the property, there is a typical Tuscan gravel road about 1.8 km long. It is not a paved, asphalt road. Drive slowly! The path to paradise is rocky. Not suitable for low-slung sports cars.

Host informationIn 1994, Pierre found this property and house as a ruin and rebuilt it. For many years now, we have been sharing our little paradise with our guests, who appreciate the peace and nature just as much as we do. The feel-good factor is very important to us and we are always available for questions, requests, and suggestions.

Wir waren für zwei Wochen in diesem kleinen Paradies.
Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr ruhig mitten der wundervollen Natur, ist sehr gut ausgestattet und der große Pool bietet immer die Möglichkeit zur Erfrischung.
Die Eigentümer sind äußerst gastfreundlich, sehr hilfsbereit und ihre guten Vorschläge und Tipps tragen zu einem gelungenen und erholsamen Aufenthalt bei.
Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an sehr wohlgefühlt und können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Die Ferienwohnung ist top. Ruhig gelegen, super ausgestattet und alles in hochwertiger Qualität. Man hat wirklich alles, was man braucht, um sich wohlzufühlen. Pierre und Catharina sind unglaublich nette Gastgeber, immer hilfsbereit und mit tollen Tipps für die Umgebung. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder!
