Within a few minutes' walk, you can reach the Stuibenfall - Tyrol's largest waterfall, the Ã–tzi Village, the Ã–tztal Birds of Prey Park, and the Umhausen swimming lake. Countless hiking opportunities. In winter, the Hochoetz-KÃ¼thai, SÃ¶lden, and Obergurgl-Hochgurgl ski resorts are just a short drive away.

Holiday destination

Thanks to its excellent location - in the middle of the Ã–tztal valley - you can reach the ski resorts of SÃ¶lden, Hochoetz-KÃ¼thai, and Obergurgl-Hochgurgl in just a few minutes by car. Also, the Aqua Dome - Tirol Therme in LÃ¤ngenfeld is located in the immediate vicinity of Umhausen. In Umhausen, you will find a bakery, as well as a supermarket where you can get fresh regional products. Furthermore, there are typical Tyrolean inns and even a pizzeria.

From the west: From Vorarlberg to Tyrol via the Arlberg Pass or through the Arlberg Tunnel (S16) - Landeck - A12 motorway - exit Ã–tztal - B186 (35km) towards Umhausen Pfronten - Reutte - Fern Pass - Imst - A12 motorway - exit Ã–tztal or B171 to Ã–tztal (toll-free) Garmisch Partenkirchen - Ehrwald - Lermoos - Fern Pass - Imst - A12 motorway - exit Ã–tztal or B171 to Ã–tztal (toll-free) From the east: From Munich or Salzburg on the A93 to Kufstein, then on the A12 motorway via Innsbruck to Ã–tztal, then on the B186 to Umhausen-Niederthai.

WUNDERBARE Gastgeberin! Melanie war von Anfang an leicht zu erreichen. Sie reagierte schnell auf Fragen. Die Bereitstellung der Ã–tztal Sommer Card war von unschÃ¤tzbarem Wert! Das Haus war makellos und wunderschÃ¶n dekoriert. Der Blick auf die Berge ist spektakulÃ¤r. Es gibt ausreichend Platz fÃ¼r unsere Familie mit 5 Personen und es kÃ¶nnten problemlos 8 Erwachsene untergebracht werden. Die Betten und Kissen sind Ã¤uÃŸerst bequem. Das Vorhandensein eines Wohnzimmers und einer KÃ¼che machte unseren Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Es war einfach fÃ¼r unsere Familie, nach langen, unterhaltsamen Tagen des Erkundens gemeinsam zu essen und zu entspannen. Wir wÃ¼rden auf jeden Fall wieder in einer der UnterkÃ¼nfte von Melanie Ã¼bernachten!

Vielen Dank fÃ¼r einen fabelhaften Aufenthalt! Die Wohnung war wirklich sauber, gut ausgestattet und hatte schÃ¶ne groÃŸe Schlafzimmer. Melanie war Ã¤uÃŸerst hilfsbereit und freundlich, sie hat alle unsere Fragen sehr schnell mit ausgezeichneten RatschlÃ¤gen beantwortet. Die Wohnung ist gÃ¼nstig gelegen. Ein Hoffer-Supermarkt ist in 3 Minuten mit dem Auto und in 10 Minuten zu FuÃŸ erreichbar. Ein wunderschÃ¶nes, sauberes Dorf mit guten Restaurants. Wir haben hauptsÃ¤chlich auf den Pisten gegessen und leichte Abendmahlzeiten gehabt. Ich kann das Gasthof Krone fÃ¼r eine Mahlzeit sehr empfehlenâ€¦ Vielen Dank, Melanie, du bist ein Superstar, und ich hoffe, das Landhaus Waldhart oder eines deiner anderen Objekte bald wieder zu besuchen.
