The balance must be paid one week before the start of the stay.
The deposit will be fully refunded if the cancellation is made at least 21 days before the start of the stay.
If the cancellation is made less than 21 days before arrival, the deposit will be retained.
If the cancellation is made less than 14 days before arrival, the full amount of the stay will be due.

Our house is located just 2 km from Barolo, world-renowned for its exquisite Nebbiolo red wines. The newly built and fully equipped house offers breathtaking views of the Alps, including the majestic Monviso, and is surrounded by vineyards and the rolling hills of the Langhe (a UNESCO World Heritage Site).
The area is ideal for nature lovers: hiking, cycling (including e-bike rentals), hot air balloon rides, and – in season – authentic white truffle hunting with a professional truffle hunter. Numerous wineries, wine shops, and excellent restaurants, including Michelin-starred establishments, are located nearby.
Getting there
The holiday home is situated in a quiet location in the hills of the Langhe region, at Località Saccati 10-2, Novello (CN).
From the center of Novello, follow the signs towards Barolo and then Località Saccati.
The property is easily accessible by car and has private parking directly in front of the house.
