Ich habe über Wotif gebucht. Mir war nicht bewusst, dass Belvilla als Vermittler fungiert. Mein Visum wurde gesperrt, daher musste ich den Aufenthalt stornieren oder zumindest die Reisedaten ändern. Ich bat Wotif um Hilfe bei der Stornierung, erhielt aber keine Antwort. Daraufhin bat ich Wotif um Unterstützung bei der Datumsänderung. Schließlich musste ich mich an MadeComfy wenden, die die Unterkunft tatsächlich verwalten. Dort hieß es, dass sie keine Stornierungs- oder Änderungsanfragen erhalten hätten. Viel zu spät erfuhr ich, dass Belvilla als Vermittler fungierte und auf nichts reagiert hatte. Nun teilen mir sowohl MadeComfy als auch Wotif mit, dass sie mir nicht helfen konnten, da Belvilla es versäumt hatte, rechtzeitig Nachrichten an die jeweiligen Parteien zu senden. Eine absolut furchtbare Plattform.
