Description
The two adjoining barns gave us 150 sqm to form our second apartment. Where possible, we have left all the stone walls exposed so there is a warm atmosphere throughout the year.

the Barns has double height ceiling, and old traditional feature have been preserved in the renovation, like the old bread ove, the wine spout from the grape pressing vat.

In case you decide to cancel your booking we have the following options:
you will get a 100% refund in case your cancel in the next 7 days after booking (for booking done two weeks or more before arrival)
if you cancel 2 months before arrival you can get :
100% of the monies paid in a voucher to be used for a new booking at Casale Monticchio in the next 365 days
OR
75% cash refund of the monies paid
if you cancel between 2 and 1 month before arrival :
50% of the monies paid in a voucher to be used for a new booking at Casale Monticchio in the next 365 days
OR
25 % cash refund of the monies paid
if you cancel between 1 month and 2 weeks before arrival :
25% of the monies paid in a voucher to be used for a new booking at Casale Monticchio in the next 365 days
If you cancel 2 weeks before arrival :
No refund or voucher are available

Holiday destination
Casale Monticchio is set in the heart of Umbria. The 18th century farm has been carefully restored over the past 15 years. The woods on either side of the valley and the river under the property are ideal ground for peaceful walk.
the house is perched on a small hill which give a feeling of complete isolation and silence but we are only 5 minutes from local amenities you will find in the village of Spina.

The Barns at Casale Monticchio is 3 km away from the Village of Spina in the town of Marsciano , province of Perugia. We give the directions on booking. We recommend the use of an autonomous vehicle (car, motorbike, bicycle)
